Updat e Finally

Well life around the Brooks' house has been busy...pardon the lack of updates! I am officially 14 weeks prego today and really starting to feel better! We started off the week having the McGrane's over to play. Daddy and Uncle Colin played Wii, the girls ran around like the crazy kids they are and Kinome and I sat on the couch in all our prego misery (cute pics to come:) I cleaned house (trust me, it's a huge deal!) and Thursday an old friend from highschool and her family came over to play. Her hubby and Josh hit it right off, the girls ran around and had a blast while Heather and I caught up on life. They are actually trying to move to Flower Mound and I am OH SO EXCITED!!

I have had a busy week/weekend with family events and faired pretty well. Daddy's bday party was Tuesday (I even went out and bought him a gift!) Thursday Stephanie spent the night at her Papa and Mamaw's house so I could rest up for the big weekend (pictures to come). Friday night was Aunt Laura's 5oth bday party and Saturday was the 4th of July Extravaganza at the Koehler's. I haven't done this much in MONTHS! We only stayed until 7:30 at Laura's and 8 at the Koehler's.....but atleast we made it :) It gives me hope for our trip to Cali :) Last weekend we didn't know if we would be able to go because I was so sick! We were about 30 minutes from heading to the hospital that Saturday night because I was SOOO dehydrated! This week I have slowly gotten better....we'll hope this trend continues!!
