Busy Week, Busy Girl
Stephanie now "walks" (or shuffles" from the fireplace to the window....Thanks Mum for the WONDERFUL, colorful blanket! Stephanie loves it and it has protected her chin SEVERAL times from a big bump on the fireplace.
Gamma came over and stayed for dinner. She did the "airplane" to get Stephanie to eat...worked like a charm!
Gampa played with Stephanie through the window....TOOO CUTE! Dad and I were out back looking at some repairs we wanted to make before the storm hit. He took a break to play with Stephanie (she LOVED it!)
She learned how to pull up on the table Friday....NO WAY!!! I brought home a safety mat from my classroom to put around it since I no longer us it in my reading corner at school. It has to be WASHED BIG TIME before she can crawl on it though.
I only make coffee every other day (it saves $$ ;) So I reheat coffee on the days I don't make it. Anyways, our MICROWAVE is not broken (seriously, all I could do was laugh). So I was WAY inventive and reheated my coffee on the stove Friday. We are buying a microwave this weekend and are having a friend of Daddy's come over and see if we can get wiring for a electric oven and not gas. Once we know we will be able to purchase a new oven. The ONLY thing left to break is our dishwasher.....once we have to replace that EVERYTHING will be "all new". Not how we planned it, but all is working out.

Snack time with Daddy. Teething had gotten the best of her so we "broke the rules" and had snack in the living room while watching Baby Einstein (it's the only way she would eat)
She has figured out how to pull up in her crib. She hasn't figured how to lay back down though. Every night we lay her down, she crawls around and plays, pulls up and then cries for us to lay her back down (at which point she is happy to go to sleep). She just has to explore her crib every night....too funny!
These were just the highlights....Enjoy the Montage. Oh, and about us....Work is going great for me. I LOVE working with the Kindergartners! I'm tired but am managing to stay up on things at home and school and dedicate all time at home to Stephanie when she is awake. Balance is good. Josh returned to work and his old shift this week. We have adjusted SUPER quick and things are going great! Stephanie LOVES Ethan (Rebecca's little boy). They play and love on eachother all day....super cute!

Stephanie's Fun Day
Stephanie had a great day! Ms Rebecca took her to the indoor play area at the mall. She wasn't quite sure about all the kiddos so she stayed with Ms Rebecca and people watched. She woke up from her nap and Mommy was there to pick her up (perfect timing). Daddy got off work early so we spent the afternoon/evening having a great time as a family! Stephanie made many new discoveries: playing in the dog bed, crawling through the table, playing with the vacuum and enjoying a visit from all three of her grandparents! What a loved little girl!! Mum came over on her way to church.....Forgot to snap a few pictures. Stephanie had a blast playing with her jewelry and hair :) Mum comes over every Thursday!! What a lucky baby!

What Stirs You....
This is something Matt talks about alot. Josh and I were just talking about this last night.....then I read this on Matt's blog today. Josh and I both have our "lists" and it makes an AMAZING difference when we focus and fill our lives with things that stir our affections for Christ and really limit/omit things that rob us. Check it out, be challenged and inspired.

I just found this new (to me) and AWESOME site on the Sara Snow website called ChaCha. It will text me weekly updates on going green, household energy and food tips. It says you can text message any question to ChaCha and they will text you an answer....pretty fun! Don't tell Mommy I'm on the computer. I'm suppose to be taking a nap.......but man do I have some fun pictures to share with you! My weekend with Mommy and Daddy has been AWESOME! I hung out at Gamma and Gampa's THREE DAYS IN A ROW, I saw Auntie Kimmi and Uncle Mikie, I went to church and made some new friends AND I played with Auntie Laura last night. Today was fun too......check out what new adventures I am having.
I was so helpful today! I cleverly used the dogs water bowl to soak my outfit (for a whole 20 minutes)and then scooted all over the floor so helping Mommy mop.....man am I smart ;)
Next stop...the dishwasher to help Daddy load the dishes. He quickly yelled for Mommy to get the camera and he stood close by me to make sure I didn't fall.....please Daddy, I got it under control!! I pulled up and was almost standing, but my legs got tired before Mommy took the picture (could you take it a little faster next time Mom, I'm only 7 months old ya know ;)
Daddy and Gampa worked on putting up some gutters and making a few repairs to our siding in preparation for the rains predicted for this week. Mommy wants to start painting the kitchen and mow the backyard.....we'll see how long it takes Daddy and Gampa (so Daddy can play with me). I've had a rough day because my second tooth is coming in and IT HURTS! There is a good side though.....I get to eat Cheerios while I watch Baby Einstein in Daddy's lap with my blankie.....how fun! Mommy gave me some Tylenol so I was able to explore some today......but as soon as it wore off I made it known I NEEDED MORE. Life is so rough when you're seven months old.
